I started Homer Solutions because I wanted to put my experience and passion for construction to work in a meaningful way. For me, this work is more than just a job—it’s about helping people and gaining real benefits from my skills.
I enjoy solving problems, improving spaces, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger renovation, I approach every job with the same level of care and attention to detail.
This local business is also personal to me. I’m raising my son here, and during the summers he works alongside me. It’s important to me that he learns what it means to show up, work hard, and treat people right. That same mindset carries into every project we take on.
As the company has grown, I’ve come to value something even bigger—being part of this community. Every project we take on supports not just my family, but the people who work with me. I take that responsibility seriously. Providing steady, honest work and creating opportunities for others is something I’m proud of, and it pushes me to maintain a high standard in everything we do.
At the end of the day, I want my customers to feel confident in the work, comfortable having us in their home, and satisfied knowing the job was done properly.

Before there was Homer Solutions, there was a kid in a tree - figuring out angles, balance, and how to make something solid out of whatever was on hand. Back then, my curiosity meant more deconstruction than repair - something that kept my dad curious of what he might find in pieces next .
That curiosity turned into a carpentry apprenticeship in Fairbanks, where the basics were sharpened into real skill and knowledge. That early education also shaped a strong focus on craftsmanship - clean , precise and efficient work - along with the discipline to see every task successfully through to completion .Years later the same mindset still drives every project we do - build it right , make it last, and don’t cut corners , unless its a tight and clean 45degree miter cut .
With a handpicked group of experienced carpenters , Homer Solutions takes on everything from small fixes to larger renovations - bringing experience, efficiency, and enough pride to the work to make sure it stands out.
